This website is owned and operated by The Home Project GbR.
By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an order at The Home Project, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to be making this orders.


PAYMENT  & SECURITY
1. All products remain The Home Projects' property until full payment is made.
2. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
3. All transfers conducted through The Home Project are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.


SHIPPING
1. Shipping process will start only after reception of payment.
2. Shipping fees are payed by the costumer.
3. Please note that depending on the country of destination the shipping might be subject of import duties and taxes. These are charged once the item reaches its destination and are at the customers own expense.

1. We promise responsible handling of customers information.
2. We will never share customer information with any other company or third party. Details such as your name, mailing address and email address are only used to fulfil website orders or to respond to inquiries. Your email address will also be added to our mailing list.
